Exceptional Vegetarian Essential Amino Acid Supplement
Okay, we vegetarians try to eat the right combination of foods to cover the amino bases. We also all miss sometimes, right? I mean, be honest. Even if you aren't vegetarian, you have that day you ate popcorn and snack food? There are a set of amino acids that your body can't create by itself, called "essentials." Miss one or more too long.... This supplement is my go-to for my "bad days," whether I'm being lazy, I'm sick, or I just don't want to bother counting. It's a great supplement. It has the balance of the the essential amino acids. In my case, there's another reason to insert this in my diet occasionally, in that my health requires some extra "building blocks" occasionally. So, here I have them. Really, the only downside of this is that it is a little more expensive than some other brands. Consistent quality makes up for the price. I've tried other products, and nothing else comes close to how my body appears to respond. And, of course, try finding something else that is labelled as vegetarian, soy free, gluten free, yeast free, sweetener free, preservative free. As with most supplements, there are warnings to consult healthcare if pregnant or nursing.

Un producto caro pero que merece la pena
Llevo un tiempo tomando Solgar Amino 75 y estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. Es un suplemento de aminoácidos esenciales de alta calidad, ideal para complementar una dieta equilibrada, especialmente si haces ejercicio o necesitas un apoyo extra en tu recuperación muscular o nivel de energía. Debido a que la proteina no termino de digerirla bien me suelo apoyar en estos aminos en forma libre. Lo que más me gusta es que cada cápsula contiene una combinación completa y equilibrada de aminoácidos esenciales, incluyendo BCAA y otros que normalmente no se encuentran juntos en otros productos. Además, al ser de Solgar, da confianza por su reputación y por el hecho de que no contiene azúcares añadidos, gluten ni conservantes artificiales. He notado una mejora en la recuperación después del entrenamiento y también en el nivel de energía general durante el día. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar, no causan molestias digestivas y vienen en un frasco de vidrio muy bien presentado, que protege mejor los ingredientes. En resumen, recomiendo Amino 75 a quienes busquen un suplemento de aminoácidos eficaz, bien formulado y de una marca de confianza. Lo seguiré comprando sin duda.
