I was skeptical at first but I thought I would give them a try. The trick is not to put them on too tight, otherwise they might chaff. They don't fall down, which I thought they might. I wear them all day and they are very comfortable. And yes they work! They aren't a miracle cure but they help stop the pain and I can walk upstairs without any discomfort and I can walk too without taking painkillers. I can certainly recommend them.

Brilliant strap, ive not taken it off since it arrived, really helps with supporting my knee cap as thats the area i was feeling most pain, my knee used to makes snapping sounds and painful pings, this has really stopped that hsppening that i have reduced my pain killers now, wouldnt be without mine.

Ok, so I’m 64 years old, I’ve spent a lot of time over the last 45 years on my knees, probably 50% of the time working and the other 50% begging for a pay rise !, as you can imagine my knees are pretty well knackered, I used to run when I was younger (mainly away from the police), I’ve now started running again to lose weight and I’ve got to get my cholesterol down. I now find when running that I’m getting pain at the front of my knees, after reading some of the reviews on here about this product I thought I’d give them ago, OMG !, game changer or what !, I was very sceptical about them as there’s no plastic stiffening or anything that’s likely to dig in and cause discomfort, their very easy to fit and adjust using the Velcro strap, the difference between before and after using these is like night and day, they really do make a huge difference, I’ve just come back from a 5 mile run and I’ve no pain in my knee’s at all. If you suffer like I did ?,buy these, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent support, right where it's needed. I've worn my knees out a fair bit doing so much hard exercise over the years, none of it kind to knees. I bought these supports to help ease the strain when going for walks. They are perfect for this and give support right where it's needed, below the kneecap. Very user friendly, velcro holds well and they look neat. Good value for money. What's not to like?

Ho acquistato questo cinturino per un problema di tendinite al ginocchio e devo dire che mi ha aiutata molto. È semplice da indossare, regolabile e rimane ben fermo anche durante il movimento. La pressione è ben distribuita: sostiene il tendine senza stringere troppo né dare fastidio. Lo utilizzo sia durante l’attività fisica che nella vita quotidiana e il dolore si è ridotto in modo evidente già dopo i primi utilizzi. I materiali sembrano di buona qualità, traspiranti e non irritano la pelle nemmeno dopo diverse ore. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio a chi soffre di tendinite rotulea o ha bisogno di un supporto leggero ma efficace per il ginocchio.
