To be honest, this review isn't fair because the company asks you to contact them if there is a problem and I didn't. The sleeve is very attractive and I'm sure it works well. However, I ordered the wrong size which caused some unraveling at the end seams and was too tight to be effective. Caused more problems than helped because of this. However, I would recommend purchasing as long as you pay attention to sizing.

Grabbed a pair of these after measuring my calves at the thickest being 20.5 inches, and I had to actually stretch and break some stitching just to get them up. Throughout the day, the bottoms rolled up, tightening around my ankle and causing discomfort; until I finally took them off for some relief.

My feet have always gotten hot easily. When I had to start wearing compression socks due to POTS, it was okay until the weather started getting warm. Someone turned me on to this. They are a lifesaver.

Worked for me I wear them a lot, very comfortable fashionable. I had a pain in my right calf and would wear this sleeve after I rubbed my leg with bengay, i would also wrap when I was physically active and it worked everytime. On a regular day i would wear by itself

These compression socks are wonderful! They do exactly what they should do. I have other compression socks, but love these without the feet! So comfortable!! I had a small issue with the first pair I bought (top was unraveling). I had the best rep that helped me, and gave me my first pair for free (I had to order a 2nd pair). Great product and great customer service to boot!

I have used typical compression socks in the past but the tight fit around my foot and especially toes made them uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. Since I mainly required the compression relief around the calf area, I decided to try a pair of these to see if it would give the same result while allowing me to wear my regular socks. Happy to report that they have been performing marvelously after several weeks of use, ordered another pair just recently.

I have very large calves and it's hard to find compression sleeves that fit me well. These are excellent and comfortable!
