What about the product?

These are good general purpose drills and are advertised as being for hard metal. That is generally true although I have broken some while trying to drill out a lock on a door that was sabotaged by a tenant on a rental property. Most of the time they will drill through hard metal although using a lubricant will help extend their life

I have a very dense hard brick and i've used milwaukee titanium bits that all break. should i use the cobalt or is there something better?

You would use a masonry bit for drilling brick.

What are the sizes of the bits? It's hard to see the ones behind, on the picture.

Do the bits have a round shank or do they have 3 flats. i think milwaukee calls it secure grip.

3 flats. I'm sure the smallest bits are round but any bit that you can put some torque on has the flats.
