The only downside to this charger is it only charges 1 battery at a time. Upside is it charges like the 30 minute rapid charger and you can keep your phone or tablet charged as well. As an assembler, this charger is a must on the job and the batteries that come with it last a long time on the impact and portable air compressor.

Bought this for the son-in-law. He had lots of toys but few chargers. The charger itself is smaller than I expected so it doesn't take up a big footprint on the bench but, don't put it up high or you will have trouble getting the backside batteries out when time comes.

It only charges 1 battery at a time but that the only drawback. I use many batteries in a short time with a large break between use so not really an issue but wanted to point it out in my review for others.

I love Ryobi products! I would have given this a 5 star but the seller is taking a hit for one of the stars. I ordered this as a brand new product and it should have been delivered in two weeks according to the details. 5 weeks later per the Amazon rules, I requested a refund. The seller declined the refund and funny thing, I received the charger 2 days later. When I received the charger, it looked very nice and clean and it works perfectly, however it was in a box not packaged like any of the 12 other new ryobi products I have purchased. There were no instructions and no advertisements for other Ryobi products in the box.
