Comfortable and Good Quality but Handle Smaller Sizes With Care
These are really good and feel comfortable to use. I enjoyed knitting with them. The yarn didn’t slide around like it tends to with metal knitting needles. The wood provides a slightly grippy surface, which helped me keep better control of my stitches.I would be careful with the smaller gauges though. Since they are made of wood, they might snap if bent too much, so I recommend handling them gently, especially when traveling.

Great set of budget needles
I just started knitting and wanted to buy a complete set of needles since I kept needing different sizes. These were nice and smooth and easy to use. I'm a bit surprised at the quality. The head of one of the smaller needles fell off, but to be honest I might have sat on it. I used a dab of super glue and it was good as new. I have a pair of "brand name" needles and to be honest it's hard to tell the difference between them. Random tip that I did, I took a set of paint pens and colored the nubs of each head to differentiate the sizes. It applied nicely, and now I can grab the correct size at a glance.

It just seems like the process flows better and the yarn moves more ...
I prefer wooden needles to metal when I knit. I don't know. It just seems like the process flows better and the yarn moves more smoothly when I use wooden needles. This set has a good variety of sizes. I have noticed the needles tend to warp a little. About halfway through a scarf I was making, I noticed one needle was curved when I started with two straight needles. The other needle was fine. I do tend to knit pretty tightly and probably put a lot of pressure on the needles while knitting, however the fact only one needle warped makes me think I just received a needle with perhaps not as much quality as the other needles. A fluke needle. It still knits well, and did not splinter, it's just an adjustment to make while knitting. A very short time after reaching the halfway point on my scarf, I lost interest and made a hat. You can see it in the photos. These needles are a great price for the number you get. I've only tried the larger sizes. I am looking forward to trying out the smaller sizes. The smallest size is quite tiny, and I'm afraid I will probably break it if I look at it too hard, but I'll get around to experimenting with it eventually.

Good price.
I like bamboo knitting needles. I only use size 6 and up. Smaller size might be fragile.

Got to try out Wood Vs Metal
On some of the needles, it's hard to read the sizes. Best to have a gauge measuring ruler/tool. Also check before using so as your yarn doesn't get caught on it.

Very nice beginner bamboo needles for the price!
I was very happy when my order arrived matching the descriptions of good reviews rather than the bad ones. XD I'm a relative newbie to knitting having completed just a scarf and some dishcloths on other wood needles. I needed 10mm (US 15) needles to make a hat and they worked beautifully! Now I'm also using them to make another scarf. I've also used the 4.5mm (US 7) needles to continue making a dishcloth. There are a lot of smaller needle sizes in this set which aren't so great for beginners, but I look forward to using them in the future when I gain more experience. I'm hoping they don't break, but they feel solid enough for now! As long as your knitting tension isn't too tight, you should be fine. I gave this set 4 stars for beginners only because there are so many smaller sizes that might be more difficult for beginners to use at first.I made the mistake of not paying much attention to the length of the needles. I haven't had a problem fitting my stitches on the needle but if you have a larger project, you may want to opt for circular needles. Just take out a ruler and make sure 9" is long enough for your liking. They also may have a little bow in them but it isn't an impediment to your knitting.I love that each needle has its size marked on it and they measure true to size! I would highly recommend these if you're looking for multiple sizes to begin your knitting journey with!

Smooth, sturdy, and just as expected
Needles are inscribed with their sizes directly on them, very useful. The set even came with a paper card with size gauges on it, which I appreciate. Can't attest to the durability yet, as I just got them, but they're really nice to start with. Smooth, light weight, and straight, exactly as portrayed. They give a tiny bit of grip on the yarn, which helps prevent the yarn from slipping easily, so great for beginners or people who are slightly clumsy. I highly prefer these over metal ones because I like these qualities and that it is a more eco-friendly material option that metal products. If you enjoy working with wooden material, these are great, they so far they havn't splintered or caught the yarn in a cumbersome manner. I imagine you have to be a bit gentle handed with them, as with any thin, wooden instrument, but they seem adequately sturdy if used appropriately and I'm not concerned about it.I wish there was an option for a smaller size range, I really only wanted sizes 5mm-9mm but for the price and quality it's worth getting the whole set.
