Gullor Sport Fountain Pen Brass Pocket Pen for Business Signature with Gift Box, Brass, Extra Fine Nib (0.38 mm)

I have bought Chinese fountain pens in the past. All have been of very good quality and cheap until now. Unfortunately, this pen is not the quality I was expecting. The cap is very loose for it moves and rattles. That is because the clearance, between the cap and the barrel, is too wide. That is very annoying. Also, the clip is very loose and useless. On the other hand, the nib is good. It is smooth but a little dry. It needs a little bit of tuning. Overall, I give this pen a three star because the nib is good, otherwise I would give it a two (2) stars.

This pen looks pretty good but when you pick it up it seems cheaply made. The lid is what I had the most issues with. It is very thin metal and the metal is not actually threaded. The cap has a plastic threaded insert and this is what screws together with the pen body. As other reviewers have noted it feels “loose” even when the cap and body are completely screwed together. The plastic insert just doesn’t allow the two to be firmly connected. It seems to me that this is a weak point that will certainly break. The clip was also a problem. It would not stay on the pen making it completely useless. While the clip is really not deal killer for me a lid that is destined to fail is. A pen advertised as a pocket pen needs to have a solid lid so it doesn’t break or come open while being carried. I have dealt with plenty of messy pen failures and this one seems to be an accident waiting to happen

I purchased this pen to carry in my pocket every day. I have been extremely pleased. There is no text on the barrel, as there is for other similar pens I have seen listed. The nib functions well. So far I have used a quick drying ink (Noodler's Bernanake Blue) and the EF nib produces a line slightly finer than a Pilot Metropolitan F, without any delayed starts. The one drawback in design in that the cap doesn't fit snugly over the barrel when closed. However, the screw on mechanism has held tight and I have not had any problems with the cap coming off in my pocket over the last few weeks.

For the price, it's fine. I purchased Jinhao ink cartridges for mine since I don't like storing ink bottles, especially when traveling. The ink doesn't flow well after a pause in writing, and skips initially. But for the most part, it's okay. Despite the brass body, I don't find it too heavy or uncomfortable. The lid stays seated on the end of the pen when writing, but the silver pen clip can easily slide right off so don't trust it to hold your pen in place. I ended up with ink on my finger after writing (admittedly, I grip my pens very close to the nib), so be aware leaking might be an issue.

First off great pen especially for the price. 1 gripe is that when closed, the cap isnt flush with the body of the pen. Functionally the pen is perfect for everyday.

This is a knock-off version of the Kaweco but it is excellent! I got the fine-tip. Nice balance (although the cap doesn't post easily) and the flow is great and precise. I would recommend buyers purchase a regular Kaweco clip (which is a bit pricey) as the one drawback to this pen is it doesn't come with a clip. Fits Kaweco or regular European cartridges or reservoirs. Nice purchase for the money.

I did like the shirt clip slides of way to easy ...how ever it us a very comfortable pen to use and look really good

It's a great-looking pen. Writes satisfactorily too: no leaks, no burps, no skips. The clip is a little loose though. It keeps sliding off.
