What size hex head does it require to tighten bolt to end of bar

Just tried to see what size would fit it but my tool set only goes up to ten and it is not big enough. But I'm pretty sure that its 12 size hex head. I just hand tightened it.

Does anyone else's bolt stop the sleeves from spinning?

Do these work for cap barbells? What are the measurements in inches?

i Think they will as they appear standard. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase anything to tighten this with and went to several home improvement stores. If you have the tool I think it will work well.
