INOVART 6500 Waxed Stencil Paper

I like that this can be easily cut with an exacto knife, but it's so thin that I'm afraid all parts of the stencil it won't lie flat while I'm applying paint. I'll try to update this review after I've tried working with the paints.

Bought this to trace over a drawing I did and create a stencil so I could put the image onto paper, printing plates and on some canvases. I just taped it on and traced with a pencil and took off when ready to carve, draw or paint. My husband started to dabble with airbrushing and he loves it to create his designs. Good for the money and way cheaper than buying acetate rolls or mylar.

I bought this product to create a stencil for a painting I was doing. I needed something stiff and soak-proof. Well, it's soak-proof but also very flimsy. In fact, it's the exact thing I have in my kitchen that I use for baking. There is no difference between this product and a roll of wax paper except this comes in sheets. So, save your money and go to the grocery store for wax paper.

the paper is so thin that it barely can hold up to one pass! It definitely is useless for multiple stenciling. It was a waste - not recommended except for one off at home small projects.

The stencil paper is fine in itself but whoever packaged it clearly doesn't understand that a stencil needs to be flat to work because they folded it in half before placing it in an envelope that was more than big enough to accommodate the full size flat. Consequently every sheet is bent over with a crease across the middle so I can only use half sheets, not full sheets. I'd return it but I've already had to wait 10 days for it to arrive. Duh!
