This thing is amazing, it's huge and heavy but hey it is just what I wanted, large and in charge! It cooks as advertised slow and easy and completely, meat falls off the bone, love it.

My own personal opinion, this slow cooker runs a bit hot. I cooked my chicken soup for 6 hours on low and it was done. Don't cook for a full 8hrs if yours is the same. Please use a thermometer for safety. It's still an excellent cooker, id buy this again regardless. It's large, it's in charge. The closing mechanism keeps liquids contained. High quality, worth the money. Would buy again.

This is a nice crockpot. I love the versatility, size and that it locks. Our daughter-in-law said the same thing and she’s very excited to use it as she works full-time. Good crockpot for a family of 6 to 8.

I bought one of these 10 years ago, but it now has a crack in it, it is 10 years old and i used it weekly.Nothing lasts Forever. So I bought another one. Well worth the money.The latches on the side help when your transporting it places because it won't spill.Makes enough to feed my family of 4 and then some.

I’ve owned several 6 quart slow cookers over the years and wanted something larger. I was concerned that this 10 quart unit might be too big, but it’s perfect. It fits on my counter top underneath my upper cabinets no problem. I like the ceramic insert better than aluminum ones I’ve had because it seems to cook more evenly and better retains heat when I need to remove the lid to baste. One complaint is that this model does not have an “on” indicator light which would make it safer for people in my household to see that it’s in use. How much would that have added to the cost? A few dollars? Another negative is that the outer aluminum housing is very thin and seems prone to getting dented. I would have preferred it to have a digital programmable timer, but I used the timer on my phone so it’s not a problem. Overall a very nice product I’m happy with. I broke it in with my 9 hour short ribs recipe and they came out amazing!

I love this slow cooker! It is so big, I can make a lot of chicken broth. When you turn it on high, it really means high! My other slow cooker takes so long to heat up, even on high, but this one gets hot quickly. I highly recommend it.

Really nice Crock-Pot. Well priced well made love that you can secre the top down! Easy to use. Settings are simple yet very effective. It gets hot quick.
