I had pain on my knee for a long time, I couldn’t do squats or lunges and I couldn’t run neither , so I started to take move free about a year ago. My pain was gone one month after I have been taking it. I still take it everyday and the pain never comes back. This is the only one that is truly helping. Only downside of this product is the pill is too big , sometimes it is hard to swallow. I wish the edges are round or the pills are smaller

I’ve been taking Move Free Advanced for almost a year now to help with my knees and joints as I get older.
