How do I get these to sink? I'm trying to feed mid-water feeding fish, and these just stay floating.

I put them in a small container filled with water and shake the container. This will cause the majority of the eggs to sink. Some will still float, you can poke them with your finger to break the water tension and they will sink. Those that still float will be found with the fish who will rise to the top to eat them once they realize they are food. I used them with bottom feeding baby corydora catfish and this was the case.
