You take 3 per drinkerall before you drink and 3 after, which may sound like a lot but it’s better than “having a glass of water for each alcoholic beverage you consume” because that makes you hella full. This is just right! I liked this product the most out of the “hangover pills” I’ve tried. This one does NOT make you jittery like some of the others. I feel like it helps a bit.
