-It saved me about $200 in what I'd have paid an electrician to get me a needed 3-way switch, works perfectly, was quite easy to install and makes for a cool talking point with my neighbors.

This review is for TM-001 cover for the WR-001 receiver. It is a silver color, fits well and makes the receiver switch look better by adding this to it.

I bought these to avoid running new wiring in walls. I've been using them for a few months and have decided to remove and replace with Z-wave switches. 1 of the 3 wireless transmitter and switch works fine but they are only 10 feet from each other. the other two have lost their connection twice and needed to be re-paired with the switch. After re-pairing, they worked a few times and then stopped. These switches were approximately 15 feet from each other.

PRO: This is actually a really sophisticated product and much less expensive than in-the-wall wiring for a set of traditional 3-way dimmer switches. This unit also lets me dim the fixture from either switch... just try that with traditional 3-way dimmers. Just try! I dare you.WARNING: Before attempting to install, be certain that the bulb in the fixture is dimmable. I made that mistake once. It didn't do any damage, but a non-dimmable bulb completely confuses the switches which thoroughly confused me. After replacing the bulb with a dimmable option, the switches worked flawlessly. These switches come pre-programmed from the factory. If the switch isn't "behaving", check that the bulb is actually dimmable.WARNING: Manage your expectations. This switch does what a traditional dimmer does... but it does it differently. There will probably be a one second lag-time between flipping the switch on or off and the bulb actually going on or off. The "feel" of dimming the bulb isn't what you might initially expect, either. It takes some time to get used to this feel - but in my opinion it's worth the effort.CON: The instructions aren't horrible but they are not great.CON: The "wired" switch doesn't come with a "decorator" face-plate. The switch is usable straight out-of-the-box, but it looks unfinished without the face plate. So bite the bullet and when you order, order a $6+ faceplate as well. Why are we paying extra for this finishing touch? I don't know.

I would have put five stars but let me explain: The first few I received were excellent (no stickers on face of the product) after a second or third order the product changed because they started for unknown reason to place stickers on the front of the product (3 stickers), so before use you have to spend ten minutes removing stickers and glue and repolish the surface (I bet the worker in China was told to place the stickers in the back but did not know the back from the front and glued a whole lot these in front instead). Product still works great however but annoying to clean.
