Review: Decent compact NASB Bible - I ordered this Bible because I wanted a compact hard copy Bible for some online courses I’m doing that use the NASB text. It did arrive with some slight page edge damage in the book of Romans but it wasn’t significant so not a concern for me. I did notice there’s also a fair bit of page sticking at the top and bottom right corners but that will get worked out with use. The Bible also comes in at 1/8” narrower and shorter than advertised. I’ve included some side by side comparison pics of the Thomas Nelson NKJV Compact which is a true 4 1/2” inch wide by 6 7/8” high and features an 8.5pt font. The fit and finish of this Bible is very nice overall and I like the feel of the Leathertouch material Holman uses on their Bibles. It feels soft and warm to the touch but is also scratch resistant. The compact size is easy to hold and it lays flat relatively well even without being broken in yet.
