Outstanding Product
Purchased my ribolator in May, and have put it thru a lot of use. I have a weber 22.5" grill and it fits the rotisserie ring perfectly making maximum use of space no modifications required. Just use a little patience and make sure you have it properly centered on the spit. Test it by letting it rotate empty a few revolutions before you use it after mounting making sure it clears the grill on all sides. For easier clean up, spray the trays with cooking oil. I use canola oil myself. Helps make clean up much easier. Make sure you spray before lighting your grill, to avoid flare ups. I spray before putting the rotisserie ring on the grill. Folks, this is not rocket science, it's a faris wheel setup. You need to make sure your food is evenly distributed and balanced in the trays. Again, give your loaded trays a few test rotations BEFORE putting the top on and observe carefully. Don't be afraid to make a few adjustments if needed. It only takes a minute or two. By taking a few extra minutes to make sure the rotation is good and trays are well balanced, you can avoid most of the problems people claim to have. I have used this time after time with baby back ribs, chicken pieces, and chops, and also used it in conjunction with my smokenator, another excellent product by the way, but different company. All with no problems, and have never dumped a tray, or lost food. Just use common sense when using it. Clean-up after using it three times was a little time consuming, but easy. I simply soaked the trays first in good hot water with dawn dish soap. Don't be afraid to use plenty. Clean-up was easy. Highly recommend, just be willing to use a little common sense and patience, and you'll enjoy using a great product that works well.

You can make Competition style ribs with style.
Great rotisserie for your grill. The trays were a lot heavier duty then I was expecting, and the size was great. Installation was easy enough, and it works. Only issue is, you have to have your trays pretty well balanced, I had a rib fall off while smoking. I also wish there was about another 1/2 inch to the depth of the tray so it can fit a rack of St Louis ribs. The larger end of it is too wide that it'll hang off. If you trimmed it to be "competition style" then it should fit perfectly.

Back to very happy. Rib-O-Laaaaaater!
I've owned for about 2 months now and have used I would guess 5 times. I concur with all comments on easy setup and results in a great even cook but be sure to take off and soak whenever possible after cooking. My first several cooks were great and had no issues and love the results however, after only cooking over charcoal at normal (not very hot) temps I noticed my trays are warped. Yes they are warped to the point that that I tried to do some chicken on July 2 and the trays were hitting each other. I ensured the tray holders/brackets were even several times and still had trays hitting each other due to them being warped. This was very disappointing and frustrating because at that point I'm trying to make the trays not hit over the heat of charcoal. Not very pleasant. I will be calling Rib-O-Lator today to see what they will do in replacement trays and/or how well they stand behind the product. More to follow....Well I have to change to 5 stars. After washing the trays they are actually not warped the pins on the arms are slightly bent but I can fix not a problem. I call Rib-O-Lator Bob and he returned my call and reported if I had any problems in the future to return the call and he would take care of issue no problem. He stands behind this great bbq tool! 5 stars to Rib-O-Lator Bob!

Great attachment for rotisserie !
I love this Ferris wheel of meat! Was sceptical about buying this for quite some time after reading some bad reviews and figured that I’ll take a chance and Macgyver it if I have too. I’ve been roti-grilling with my Weber Genesis and 22” Performer for 15 yrs now and nothing like meat spinning on a spit over fire. So I took a chance on the ribolater and here’s what I got: after 3 weeks or so I’ve done 6 cooks. Ribs 3x , chick breast, thighs, legs , whole wings. All without any failure. As others have said, make sure the meat is IN the tray. Had to trim the bb ribs slightly . Adjusting the riblolater in the roti -ring takes only a minute. Just tighten the screws square on the spit.In all my cooks so far, no trays have made any contact with the ring. Wish I had gotten this sooner but I’m glad I have it now! Last, if your using a 22” Weber, you can use your grate so that if your food should happen to fall out, it will land on the grate, not the fire source as some have said.

Great For Baby Back Ribs and Veggies
This is great for ribs and about anything you can put on a BBQ. The whole thing comes apart for easy cleaning and goes back together just as easy. I would have given it 5 stars, but it has one drawback. If you are using it for ribs, they need to be small like Baby Back or they won't fit in the trays, unless you cut the ribs apart. Also if you don't evenly space out the food, the tray will become heavy on one end and the food will flip out. We've had that happen a couple of times, but once we figured it out, we haven't had any more problems. We've had this product for a couple of years now and it gets a lot of use because we BBQ all year round. We would highly recommend this product.

Best ribs ever
It's rare for a product to exceed its expectations the way the Ribolator does, but the simplicity of design and quality of the metal used make this a joy to use. The first use was with a single baby back pork rib rack, cut in half and arranged on two staggered trays. The ribs were cooked 3 hours as per the directions on a Weber gas grill using the rotisserie burner on low and the smoke tray burner on low. The resulting product was as good as the best KC style ribs from any professional pit and the final sauce glazing prevented any excessive bark crusting. The key is the apple juice spray during cooking to keep the ribs moist. We look forward to many more cooks on this outstanding device, for chicken or salmon is should be brilliant. The clean up was super easy, just spray before use with cooking spray, then release the remaining residue under hot water and with a light use of a scouring pad - back to new in 5 minutes.! So very happy with our Ribolator :-)

We have used this several times and cooks food evenly without burning. Yes it is large enough for ribs, but great to cook chicken as well. Allows you to cook lots of food at the same time even with a small BQ. Just soak in soapy water immediately for easy clean up after dinner. Thanks

I was hesitant because of some of the poor reviews, but wow, this tool works great! It is very well made and cleans up beautifully. The set-up is straight forward and balancing your food after it cooks halfway is important. I believe it is well worth the money to have perfectly cooked food for our guests. Very delicious. thank you.

I know the seller mentioned that it doesn't work on a Weber kettle but it works on mine, it's right but it's a beautiful sight.
