Very powerful
Our irrigation pump went out in the peak of summer. We bought this and our pressure has increased drastically with this new pump. We are very pleased with it.

Problem Identifying Manufacturer Warranty Support
Ordering, delivery, and installation of this pump went great. It ran fine for a couple of limited use months and then it continuously tripped the breaker on startup and was unusable. Since it was outside of the normal 30-day Amazon return policy I followed Amazon’s directions for tech support help. After providing tech support feedback they said it probably needed to be replaced. I asked them how to proceed getting manufacturer 2-year warranty service. They said contact Amazon for seller info. This is where the fun starts trying to get who/how to get manufacturer’s warranty service info from Amazon!! After being passed around a number of times, I was promised an email with the info within 48 hours. Instead, I got a phone call from Amazon customer services offering a refund even though it was outside the normal 30-day period. Like a dummy, I didn’t ask if it was a full refund and Amazon’s representative didn’t mention that there was a 20% fee for the return. So now, I am out over $120 and do not have a pump. I will no longer use Amazon for any major purchases!

Easy to install and runs great.
So far so good. I have only had it two weeks but it is working so much better than the older oneI had for last two years. I just hope it gives good service. But like I said I like it so far.

Good pump, bad package for such a heavy item.
The pump was easy to install and prime. The box was very poor and was in pieces when I received the pump. The customer service was very responsive and supportive. It was well built and shows no signs of failure.

Fun to get primed
Just got this installed for my sister on her sprinkler system (in part since her old plastic pump got busted at the outlet port). So far it's going good, but was a bit hard to get primed and going. For her system, everything is uphill to the yard from a canal behind the house, yet the high inlet on this allows an air pocket to exist in it (rather than allowing water to flow down back-filling everything). I have "banjo" fittings for connecting the suction line where I had to crack it to bleed air 3 times before it got going (letting it run at least 30 seconds between each bleed to try it, but not let it go long).Once primed, it seems to be doing well where even with 2 of her sprinkler circuits going at the same time (from a valve not closing) it didn't drop pressure and all ratcheting sprinklers were still moving (with old 1.5HP pump there would be pressure drop in such conditions). Now to hope it can keep going and handle the typical dirt/debris from such a water source.

I like the quality.
Pump works better than expected. In my opinion it is very well made. It is quiet, runs very smooth.
