The best sharp mustard
This is a mustard that's trying to be wasabi. A must have for any mustard enthusiast but might be a bit too intense for some. Recommended alongside Maille's Dijon and Wholegrain mustards.Once you try real mustard you can't go back to Veeba...

Nice but not spicy enough
While everything's fine about Colman's mustard sauce, the tang is missing. If you don't need a strong whiff of mustard, this one is fine.Carmelita FernandesFood & Travel BloggerExploreWithCarmelita

The Best Mustard.
Only some of the authentic Bengali kasundhi can come close to this. On its own, this mustard is fantastic, its strong and bold, perfect for sandwiches. Been using this for past 20 years and any other mustard feels like child’s play when compared to this.

Very strong and spicy
It was way too spicy to use as a side for chips or fries but I found it extremely good for devilled eggs. Great thickness and consistency. But be warned, it is very strong.

Doesn’t taste like the original
I bought this thinking it would taste exactly like the original version I got from the UK. The taste is not even close to the original. I have both bottles together and this one while it says is the original taste, is no where close to super taste which the original UK Coleman Mustard has. If you like your mustard, you won’t like this one for sure.

Okay, but not so great
Product is alright , but isn't that great. It's too costly as per the quantity . I will probably look for mustard sauce in local stores nearby and give them a try.

crushing and sieving rendered into a very fine, bright yellow powder
In 1814 one Jeremiah Colman started a flour and mustard powder business and some forty years later his grand nephew founded the factory that still exists today in Norwich (UK). Over time their Original English Mustard has become a classic. Mustard seed, grown by local farmers, is - via a process of cleaning, drying, crushing and sieving - rendered into a very fine, bright yellow powder. After water, sugar, salt, wheat flour, turmeric (haldi) and citric acid are added, the ready product is a smooth paste. Yummy on cheese sandwiches, mixed in a home made salad dressing, in a gravy with meat roast, in a sauce with poached or fried fish... Use your culinary intuition and you cannot go wrong. If you keep the jar refrigerated once it is opened, the mustard will last you up to three months - unless you are like me and you'll have emptied your jar long before.
