Insulate the hot handle very nuicely
These work just fine. I had to cut them down as they were a bit too long. They fit tight and tend to stay on. They do not get hot and so I can grip the pan by the handle and do not have to use a mitt anymore.

Love these little Pepper pods for hot handles. Keeping them on hooks above the range for quick access. They fit every handle of every pot and pan I own, so I don’t have to buy separate covers for them.

These really save your hands when cooking with your cast iron pans. After some near misses of burning myself while cooking I decided to give these a try. So glad I got these!Nice quality, resists heat really well, thick enough to keep the user safe from burning themselves. Easy for cleaning and great value for price. Thinking about buying these again as gifts other cast iron users.
