Review: Me gusto el motor - Buena calidad y buen precio checare funcionalidad gracias Review: Works perfectly - I bought this to strip several gauges of wire. I set it up and as of now I have stripped 9-5gal. Buckets full ( averaging about 50lbs. Each) and have no trouble at all and it's fairly quick. Once you get the hang of it. If it breaks today I would buy another one. Paid for itself a few time over already. And it's quiet running too

Worth the money, TIME SAVER
I bought this because as an industrial electrician I had a lot of wire I had accumulated from various jobs. This thing will pay for itself quickly. To put it in perspective, I trimmed wires for 3 days (about 12 hours total) by hand and I managed to trim 24 pounds of 2 awg thhn wire. This thing trimmed over 75lbs in just a little over three hours and I did it while watching tv and that is including unboxing and setting it up. One thing I will say is read all the instructions. I did not move the wheel in so the wire wanted to roll and not cut down the middle. Operator error. Had it not been for that I believe the time would’ve been less but regardless I was able to trim a 100lbs of wire and my hands don’t hurt. Beats the heck out of doing it with a razor blade or knife. If you have big wire or even small wire and you are wanting to trim it to get the most buck for your copper buy this machine! My only complaint is I wish the manufacturer would just use thumb screws instead of hex cap (Allen head) bolts as this would’ve made changing the plates for bigger wire easier. However the machine comes with the proper Allen wrenches to make the necessary adjustments. I hope it last a long time. I feel like it should as it feels very durable.

A headache with smaller wire. Superb with bigger.
First, it's a great machine. Saves so much time. What I got done in 5+ hours (off and on) probably would've taken 2-3 days, manually and a lot of blades. That being said....smaller wire (10g and below) is the biggest nuisance. Constantly slips out the middle of the rolling gears and shifts to the side of the blade. Spent 45 minutes adjusting the plates and/or the adjusting knob, and worked 30% of the time. Bigger wire (8g and up), works amazingly. I did it all the way up to 500s (Pictures are mostly 500s, 2/0, and 8g).

Depth
Takes a few moments to set the right depth of cut. Too deep and you fray braided wire and tear up your hands go 90% through the jacket
