I have slightly longer than shoulder length hair. It still has some bleach at the very ends left over from lockdown grow-out. My hair is naturally wavy. This product is very easy to use to produce soft coils. I have found using quite small sections work best on my hair. When I’ve done the whole head ( I still find doing the back quite tricky and have to check with two mirrors that I haven’t missed any strands) I don’t immediately brush it. I find the waves last longer if I minimise how often I brush it through. I don’t use hairspray but I suppose you could. I use it on the lowest heat setting. I don’t use it every day because I dont need to look AMAZING (!) all the time and I don’t want to overheat my ends, especially. On ‘down days’ I let my hair dry naturally. The only thing I would say is that it says to use on freshly washed and dried hair with no product on it; occasionally I might want to ‘zoop up’ my hair in between washes. I haven’t tried doing it that way yet so don’t know if it would actually work.

I've only used it once but it works very well, easy to use, curled my hair very well, not fiddly unlike other curling tools which I've used in the past so far seems like a very good hair styling tool, I'm pleased with the product.

When this first arrived, I was both excited and apprehensive to try this product. I'd heard so much about it and yet still had my concerns as to whether it would curl my fair, thin hair without damaging it. Product arrived quickly and in good condition (despite the product box being a little beaten) and once I got the hang of using it after a few fiddly practise attempts, id like to say it curls a dream. All this said, because it is a little on the expensive side, if you have the time, patience and skill to curl your hair with a curling tong, I wouldn't recommend this product as it curls the same (just quicker and with less skills involved) as a curling tong. However if you don't have the time to use the traditional curling tong and know you will get avid use out of this, then I would definitely recommend it. Also this is probably the best seller on here to buy this slightly overpriced item from as they do the one of the best value for money prices including guaranteed next day delivery.

I bought this as my natural curls have unfurled - no idea why - and I had a wedding coming up. I have literally no skill in styling my own hair, so was dubious as to how I'd get on with this, but excited to try it out!I have been very pleasantly surprised at both the results, and how easy it was to use.My hair is long, very fine, porous, and sun-bleached - but in decent condition as I do not heat style my hair (until now!) I watched a quick video on how to use it, and read the instructions beforehand. In less than twenty minutes, I had a head full of curls that look natural and have held well.

I was genuinely amazed!!! I'm so happy I've bought these. I've always struggled to curl my hair. I've tried curlers, curling wands - the lot!If a hair stylist has ever put curls in my hair with straighteners, they fall out within an hour.I was going to a wedding, so I bought these on a whim and I'm so happy I did! They are super easy to use, you can't trap your hair in them. If your hair is knotted or you've tried to put too much in the device, it bleeps to let you know and won't clasp down to roll it.It heats up quickly (do use the heat mat provided, as the whole thing gets hot, aside of the handle)It bleeps 5 times before doing a faster bleep procession, to release your curl.Don't use a hair brush or comb!!! Just use your fingers to move your hair as to how you want it.I did my hair with the Babyliss secret at 7.30am, they were still perfect during the wedding and after party at 1pm until 10pm. I went to sleep and didn't do anything to my hair, I just left it down and in the morning, the curls were still there and good enough to keep as they were for the rest of the day!I got two days worth of proper, long lasting curls for 10 minutes of work.I'd highly recommend these to anyone!

it is not bad enough bad not cheap, expensive as well.Good heat and can use for long time ⌛️.Should be carefull about that really hot 🔥 and very dangerous for children.

Luv that it's so quick and easy to use but it did get stuck once I panicked but soon got it sorted curls lasted 3 days now lovely waves..Only downfall it is on the heavy side..

Read all the reviews on lots of these types of curlers and decided this was the best. Read all the instructions carefully, watched videos to make sure I was using this correctly and with great excitement plugged it in. Put the first small strip of hair in, waited for the beeps to finish, opened the curler and....... Nothing! A slight kink in my usually straight hair. Maybe it wasn't on the correct setting? Set on highest temp, the device was hot so hmmm? Tried again, nothing, a slight kink. I've only just got shoulder length hair, quite thick but layered. I tried putting less and less hair in until finally I got a curl ( less than the 3cm strand recommended). I persevered with this, desperately wanting some curls but it was very hit and miss. It's also very time consuming. If like me you have one side of your hair that doesn't seem to curl, I had even less results on this side than the side that curls. An expensive bit of kit that in my opinion wasn't worth the money. I have returned this for a refund and have bought a spiral tong for £12.99 that gives me curls!!
