On one of the other reviews it shows the bottle leaking and from what I can tell the seller has attempted to fix this issue by adding a plastic bag around the bottle inside the box which should fix any of the leaking, although it would be nice to see them double check the lid’s on the bottles so won’t leak this is still an improvement, this is my second time buying from this seller and this product and I can absolutely say I’m impressed, every so often a product will be on Amazon that your not able to buy in stores and it’s a great alternative for hand wash in stores, the smell is pretty nice, the quality is pretty good a little watered down but realistically that makes sense for the value but for the money it’s very very good, as oppose for bad excuses for refill hand wash in stores this one arrives in a plastic bottle that has a whole 5L inside which again is fantastic value for the money, ease of use is literally keeping an empty bottle of hand wash from a store and than pouring this hand wash into it through either a funnel or just pouring directly. Either way can’t recommend this enough obviously you are buying bulk so it’s a lot for a reasonable price. To close pretty good product only thing I would change is the way they handle leakage.

Nice, timely arrival, good quality hand soap.I Keep buying it because its a) antibacterial, and b) cheaper than 500ml bottles from the supermarket.Will buy again and again.

Always buy these in bulk much better than a £1 a pop. Worth buying if you have the storage for it. Then it’s another of refilling your dispensers when needed. Overall saves on plastic too I guess.

Fantastic product. Got this to refill the hand soap and cut down on plastic waste. I’ve had the same bottle for 3 months and have used less than half so it definitely lasts a while. I do recommend adding a little water to it when you first open it and let it sit for a while to make it slightly thinner as it’s difficult to pour out otherwise.

Smells fine not too strong; viscosity is good - works well in my dispenser; lathers well even in hard London water. Better and more economical than buying in smaller amounts. Recommend.

I've been using Carex hand wash for years, and this 5L pack is by far my favorite. I love that I don’t have to keep buying individual bottles – I can just refill the old one, which makes it super convenient and cost-effective. The light, fresh scent isn’t overpowering. Overall, it's a practical, cost-effective choice for bulk hand washing needs.

Cheaper way of buying this product than in the normal push down dispensers. Thick quality refill gel that I just pour into empty dispensers although you will need a small funnel to pour through
