Stiff inner belt and good well made elastic straps Helps with my prior back pain as well I’ve been wearing mine here and there and I can see a difference I’ve had a few waist trainers before and this is the most well made high quality one I’ve owned so far I am planning on using it more often and look forward to the results because so far I’ve been happy with them Easy to clean

Flimsy

I have bought several of these ,in black, from other companies. I was looking for a nude to wear under lighter clothes. This trainer is very flimsy and bunches up under the bust. Don't even bother with this.

I can not believe what came ... that girdle is not the same as the photo came a girdle so thin that it is like a fabric. terrible quality the thin garter. I can't believe they sent that .. I previously bought a .YIANNA corset And it has no resemblance to the one that came to me now .. what a disappointment
