Ordered two drums of this!Opened second one today, there was cocoa powder over the lid and the seal inside had been opened!Husband did not want to drink this, understandably, so had to throw away. Not happy as not a cheap item!

It's good hot chocolate, sure. But it's not fantastic. For £16 I was expecting fantastic. I was really wanting an unmistakeable and strong sticky toffee pudding flavour, but it is rather mild and I only get a hint of sticky toffee pudding flavour. It is certainly no stronger in flavour than other hot chocolate brands you can get at a supermarket for £3 or £4. Just adding more heaped spoonful's didn't improve the strength of the flavour either. It is nice and I will enjoy every sip, but for £16 I was disappointed.
