Excellent product and customer support!
Very happy with the product and the customer service. The delivery happened promptly within 2 days. The assembly was quite straightforward and it took about 2 hours to assemble the printer.I was not able to calibrate it correctly and was not using the correct settings in Cura for splicing the stl file. At one point I accidentally removed the yellow tape around the hot end. Due to this the hot end temperature sensor was not working and it was overheating. Apparently the tape can withstand high temperatures and should not be removedI called the customer agent and he was very prompt to replace the hotend and also calibrated the printer for me. He also provided the Cura settings. I attached the picture with the cura setting to this review. Now the printed models are awesome. Very happy with the product and extremely happy with the customer support!

Worst 3D Printer Ever!
From Day 1, I am having problems with MakerBricks i3C:The manual provided is the most useless one I've ever seen.Good for nothing. The Build Quality is worse than Anet A8.Not to mention it has no display.Anet A8 cost me Rs.12000This thing looks like Rs.10000 or less, but costs Rs.20000The Threaded rods were too long.I had to trim about 3mm from both. The allen bolts for fan assembly never tightened.I'm using wood screws here. The software Pronterface has a horrid interface.I'm using MatterControl 1.7.2 here.EndStop placement is mentioned wrongly in manual.I placed them correctly with trial and error. Also, I had to extend the wire for X-axis EndStop. The temperature probes show wrong temperature. At room temperature, the bed shows -17degC.While the hotend probe shows 28degC at room temp.,It shows inflated temperature when the hotend is preheating, Leading us to...Blocked Extruder.Because of the hotend not heating properly, the plastic gets collected and jammed at the nozzle.I'm tired of opening and cleaning it 4 times.I'm frustrated to no end, and it seems all my money is down the drain.

Poor Product need major redesign.
First of all this printer doesn't look like new , 2nd inside package water was spilled and board was water damaged physically ,3rd customer support was not good repeatedly asking damges after previously registered ,if one item fix other item fail repeatedly. When extruder got stuck gear will grind out and machine is done .so i printed manually other extruder support like small simple parts for E3D and mk8 direct drive support.2 star because ,board seems working after water spills , and rigid chassis that's good.Anyway you print small parts fully manually but you have to keep watching failure but technology skill and slight programing is must .

Good, but could be better
Product is okay. Takes a long time to setup (like any other 3D printer). In my case, some parts were broken during shipment. When I emailed the seller, they promptly sent me replacement parts. And they contacted me frequently to check if I was assembling it correctly. So I give them 5 stars for their commitment to service. However, some parts (such as limit switch) were missing and some were wrongly assembled in the replacement. Luckily I was able to mix and match parts from the earlier broken assembly and bring it all together. Also the documentation wasn't very clear. The main reason is that they have multiple versions of the product with slight variations. I figured out many things by watching their videos and guess work.I had bought this about 6 months back. Hopefully they have improved their assembly and delivery procedures by now.About the printer itself: I have only been able to print very simple objects in it. Anything that has overhang, or long bridges tends to print badly. A word of advise: 3d printing requires a lot of trials and errors; it is not for the faint of heart.

Affordable educational tool
I worked in a large maker studio using Ultimakers. Ultimakers are a great, but costly printer. I currently work at a private international school in Bangalore and we needed a printer for our maker space. Makerbrick is an affordable and effective alternative. I attempted a complicated print and quality suffered. Adjusted the print settings and the quantity of items and the print was good. The company provides excellent service and in my experience that is needed with any printer. Even the best printers will have issues so the service is a necessity. I would highly recommend this in any educational setting.

... printer very close to most of other expensive printers like makerbot. Also
I find the performance of this printer very close to most of other expensive printers like makerbot. Also, the price of this printers is 5-10 times lower than expensive 3d printers. The best part is the quick service they provide . You can get help from engineer who will debug all the problems . Great work !! . It was fun to assemble, debug and then to see the printer worker perfectly .Although some part were defective , the seller was quick to replace them .Another point where they need to improve is the manuals and the softwares. The manual provided with this device doesn't help a lot .

Worst printer, non reliable
This is one of the worst 3D printer available in the market. lt's a cheap quality printer with average print quality. Most of the parts of the printer are printed on the same printer. I will go chronologically.Rail shafts are made out of cheap quality material with rough finish. This makes carriage difficult to slide on rail shaft.Worst quality printed extruder with plastic fins on the hot end.Extruder always run in oblique position as it is supported by cable tie.Cable outer covering is used instead of coupler for coupling screw shaft and motor. There is no bearing on the z axis,it always slide roughly on the shaft. There are only 3 end switches instead of six, so it always troubles you before and after every print. If quality in terms of print and product is not your concern than go for it.
