I really like sharkbite fittings, they save so much time & money. You can do so much with sharkbite fittings, quality, easy easy to install, make sure you push your pipe all the way in, excellent fit. I have the sharkbite removal tool, it’s awesome. The water pressure keeps the sharkbite seal from leaking. No more wasting fittings. Shark bite fittings & tools are way worth the money & time. I’m handicapped with one working hand & shark bite has made remodeling my kitchen & home ( plumbing a great pleasure )

If you have never used these 'push to connect' plumbing it is a game changer. I am a DIYer and found these to be incredible. Forget soldering, this is the way to go. These are inexpensive, especially when you consider how much time and effort you save by not having to solder. These are super easy to use and remove, and you can actually reconfigure your lines and reuse the fittings. 100% the best way to go. Spend the extra money and get the 'Sharkbite' brand. I have only used these a few dozen times, but the only ones I ever had trouble with were knock off versions I got from Amazon.

worked exactly as expected. easy to install but typical shark bite it was leaking at first till I re-seated everything. I use these in places where it's too tight to sweat pipes. its well built

If you were doing hundreds of Tee's these would be too expensive, but for only the two I had to do to add a sink hot and cold supply, these were perfect. Turn off water, mark the PEX tubing, cut the PEX tubing, slide the PEX ends firmly and completely into place and you are done. No bands, no copper sweating, work in tight space. What a life saver!

Easy to install; read the instructions, though. Otherwise, you could cut it the wrong way. Works best with the deburring tool.

I've used Shark Bite for a few years and it is a really good product. If you use the PEX tubing and make sure the connections are secure ( all the way in) They do not leak. These fittings cost a little more but they work....no soldering and going back to repair a small leak. You can take these fittings out easily and reuse them again and again. A really great product. p.s. don't buy anything that doesn't have the shark stamp. I did once and it is not the same quality.
