16" Impulse Heat Sealer Impulse with Spare Kits

This was the cheap alternative when I was starting my business. I wasn't sure if it was necessary to spend double the price for a heat sealer when comparing with everywhere else.Ultimately, I was not happy with my purchase when it arrived and should have sent it back. Overall poor quality. Heating element wore out after using it for only a month and I do not have a busy operation. I would seal maybe 200 products in a week using this sealer. I wish I spent more on a higher quality model with a cutting blade. Waiting to see if I can get a replacement or refund. I did like the fact that you don't have to wait for it to heat up before using.I had a hard time sealing gusseted cellophane bags, but it worked best with poly tubing and poly bags.Update: Company is great to work with. Placed my return/replacement request Thursday. Today is Monday and they have already shipped a replacement sealer without return of the broken one. Plan to upgrade before this next one breaks.

Although it's not quite as solid as the $400+ version I have several of, it's not being transported and worked beautifully once temperature setting was properly adjusted.I will be purchasing two more at some point.

Love it (so far!) For longer than 18" seals, just turn your "bag" around and seal from the other end. Almost had a panic attack prior to realizing I could do that!
