Been buying these for a very long time, it doesn’t upset the sensitive stomach even in high doses of 4-6 capsules a day. I used to have severe acne however barely get any since mega dosing this and omega 3 algae oil.

nehme sie seit 2 Jahren, und es ist keine Ascorbinsäure die den Magen angreift sondern auf Hageputten gepuffertes Vitamin CIch nehme es jeden Tag auch im Sommer usw. und muss sagen einfach super keinen Schnupfen oder Grippe gehabt seither.Ps.: Vitamin C ist für mehrere Krankheiten sehr gut, besorgen sie sich ein Buch über Vitamin C zur ausführlichen Information. Ich Persönlich nehme 30mg / kg Gewicht / Tag.
