Quality chair, easy-to-follow instructions, bring your own allen wrench (hex key)
The chair is great so far, although it's only been a day of sitting in it. But this is my second chair from this brand. My previous one has lasted four years and is still going strong - I just wanted a headrest this time.Instructions are straight-forward and the screws are packaged in a nice container with labels corresponding to the instructions. It also seems they've listened to the reviews here, because the seat now includes a sticker pointing to the front, so it's easy to assemble into the correct orientation.I had some slight trouble inserting the wheels into their sockets. The trick is to give them a light twist and jiggle as you insert them. You do NOT need to forcefully press on them or try to partially insert them and stand on the thing. If you can't figure it out, just check youtube for "cherry tree chair assembly" and watch what he does with his hands. The screws use two sizes of allen wrench (hex key), but only one allen wrench is provided. This shouldn't be a problem if you have your own set of wrenches, or a drill with the bits (which I suggest anyone assembling furniture should have).

Decent chair for the price
The chair is quite decent overall. Few things though:1. Assembly - Instructions are clear just that the product markings start with B and onwards - there is no A - it took me a while to realise that the markings themselves are starting from the letter B and that i'm not missing a piece ! - The seat is a bit confusing - there is a very high chance that you will assemble it with the back of the seat in front as there is a marginal visible difference between the front portion of the seat and the back of it. A clear marking on the seat bottom indicating which side is front would have helped - otherwise the assembly was straight forward - you will need a bit of an effort to put the base into the seat though, but thats expected.2. Comfort - Arm rests are not very comfortable - infact, after having used the chair for about 3 weeks now i can see that there are permanent depression marks created where i rest my elbow on both left and right arm rests - not expected! - Its not easy to move arm rests up and down for height adjustment - i would have expected a smoother move - Both left and right arms have adjustment slots at different heights - Backrest - i just feel it would have been better if the back support was a bit more strong (firmer back rest) - Seat - comfortable - Height adjustment - works as expectedOverall feel - the chair feels a bit too plasticy - as everything expect for the seat base which mounts the levers to adjust is made of plastic

Wonderful apart from the headrest
Managed to get the whole chair assembled in about 15-20mins. Then spent the next 3 hours trying to get the head rest to attach. If the bolts had been 2-5mm longer, it'd been fine. However, because of the issue, eventually had to use another bolt in it's place that was way too long (however, this has become a convenient headphone rest)Other than that, comfort is good, using it for working from home and able to sit in it for many hours with no problem. The fact it pivots at the hip also means the reclining function work much better than the seat remaining still and just the back moving. I moved from a gaming chair to this one, as the arm rest were far to wide on the last one. Other than the bolt, I am really liking this chair and for the price (£82 when I got it) I couldn't be happier.

Good value
Adjustable arm rests are good. Seat a fraction wide could do with the arms being closer in. All in all a good value office chair

Very comfortable chair to sit in
This chair is very comfortable and is quite wide. The arms adjust to a nice height. The reason why it is only 4 stars is primarily that the seat height adjustment barely goes up 10cm, meaning that the chair doesn't go up very high, which can be a bit annoying if you're tall. The instructions were also not the clearest. All in all, for the price, a good purchase.

Good quality chair
Easy to follow the assembly steps. Seat cushion very comfortable. A draw back is the back of the seat slightly tilted backwards so does not give a great back support. I find it uncomfortable when I sit for long working hours

Decent purchase
Fairly easy to assemble. It didn't come with the Allen keys that you need to assemble them and struggled with the ones I had in the house. But it was easy enough to figure out and does the trick.

Outstanding value, great customer support from Daals
Really cannot complain at this price point. Bought two of these for our work-from-home business, and we're really happy with our new office chairs! Lift and tilt mechanisms both work really well, the cushioned part is thick & comfy and the back is a nice mesh material which seems breathable but supportive. The cushioned area seems really wide compared to our old office chairs, which is great for comfort but makes it a tight fit underneath my desk. Unfortunately one of the backs was broken at first, but Daals had no problem immediately sending a replacement part which arrived within 48hrs. Assembly is quick and easy and everything seems pretty well made.
