Q: Does this compass have tritium sights

No because it woulb be alot more expensive. The compass is pretty bright once it has beem charged.

Q: Does this compus have a manual because I didn’t get one?

I bought it so long ago. I think it did come with a set of brief instructions. Also this does not have a magnetic declination adjustment.

Q: Could i measure heights with this instrument?

You can measure degrees and angles, without some point of reference with a previously known height I'm not entirely sure if you could.
