Does this kit comes with ceramic brakes and fits a 2016 nissan maxima

Yes it does fits on my 2016 maxima & my girlfriends 2009 maxima . Both cars brakes good I really recommend these . Barely brake dust too and quiet , . Good luck don’t forget to lubricate slide pins !

Are front and rear brake pads and rotors included in this kit? i ask because a customer review said it was fakse advertising and he only received roto

1set for front, 1 for rear. Rotors, pads, caliper grease, even brake fluid.

Are the rotor’s directional?

yes they are cirectionsl and they work grat for my maxima s all so note that if you have brakdust covers they maybe thicker than the old rotors and have to take the dustcovers off.
