The natural qualities of silk to breathe, wick body moisture, insulate, adjust to outside temperatures and feel luxurious to the skin makes a practical undergarment for me. Silk stops chaffing from suspenders worn under a polo shirt wuth shirt tails worn outside' stops chaffing wearing wool sweaters and keep-s body temperatures comfortable.silk packs light when traveling and makes layering clothing versatile.

This shirt is nice and soft. Feels good against the skin. Easily laundered. Size seems a little small. This seems like a good purchase. BUT, it took forever to get and came in a clear plastic zip lock bag. Yes, a zip lock bag with a label attached. This shirt was clearly visible and could have been easily removed at any time. Although would like another silk shirt, this will not be reordered.

Works well for outdoor construction and durable

The fit was completely wrong for me and too warm. The tag gives washing instructions but not material. I doubt it is actually 100% silk, especially due to its odd smell.

For $30 this shirt was perfect. You can't really find a better deal than this for a 100% silk t-shirt. Theory sells something similar for over $100 and there's is a pitiful 20% silk. Anything else would involve designer brands charging in the hundreds to thousands for pure silk garments.Don't believe the hype, quality does not mean exorbitantly expensive.My only criticisms are as follows:1. It is a tad loose. I was worried that it was going to be a bit small given Asian sizes are smaller, but it was a little bit looser than a regular fit t-shirt. It is also a little longer as well. I would recommend going smaller than usual for this. However, silk clothing should be a little loose and not too tight as you don't want to rip the delicate material.2. There were a few stray strands around the stitching that required scissors to rectify. It was not difficult and I didn't expect perfection in this price range.3. All the information on the tag is in Chinese. Luckily for me, I am Chinese. Not so lucky for anyone else. For washing silk, I always recommend washing by hand if possible in cold to lukewarm water. Let it air dry. Do NOT put in the dryer as high heat will irreparably damage the material. High heat also removes the shine characteristically associated with silk.Or just be like me and bring it to a specialist for cleaning.In conclusion, this silk t-shirt went above and beyond what I expected and I recommend it to people looking for a nice silk t-shirt.

SORRY GUYS I HAD HOPED IT WOULD WORK OUT. THIS DOES RUN SMALL AND THE FABRIC WAS VERY FLIMSY. I WANTED A STROGER CONSTUCTED SILK FABRIC.

This tshirt was a great fit under my suit. Very comfortable! No problems at all.. Package came fast. Will I order again, Absolutely!!
