I didn't even know it was good for pain until I read the reviews. It's been helping me so much. Post-workout and to alleviate muscle tension and my hair growth has been phenomenal. My eyebrows are growing back, which I've been trying to get them to do for years now and it's only been two weeks. My eyelashes are much longer darker and thicker and my hair is full is growing like a weed. I'm so grateful that I found this I mix a little in my water and thats it just make sure not to put too much it does not taste good when you put too much
