Product came quickly, the directions I had to find on Youtube worked great, and I would definitely order again if I need another one! I had to buy this since I spilled tea on my laptop. I haven't had any problems using it!

Can we exchange this?
I have had this keyboard for a little over a month. The keys was really hard to push when first installed and figured they would loosen up with use. Now the space bar wont even work. I have had to put an auxiliary keyboard into my usb to type this. I logged into Amazon to see about an exchange or refund to find out the return window was closed. So I am basically out 26 bucks for a keyboard that don't work anymore.

Fix your laptop yourself
Spill coffee on your laptop or have you worn the letters off the keys. It's easy to fix it yourself. You'll just need a mini screwdriver set and find a Youtube video to watch how to switch it out. A local computer shop quoted by $150 to do this. Doing it yourself will cost you about $15.
