I love this shampoo and conditioner, but Amazon needs to do a better job packaging it. The conditioner has leaked EVERY time I’ve ordered it. I’ve left messages and a year later the packing/shipping hasn’t improved.

I only took a star away because I had a bottle from Ross that I purchased and never could find it again until I looked here. The scent is slightly different not in a bad way but not as amazing as the original formula. I'm guessing that it ended up at Ross due to formula change. This is a really good product. It still does an amazing job giving my hair a silky appearance just like the other one. I only used my small bottle on special occasions to ration. So many people would compliment about the scent.

The conditioner spilled because the pump was lifted. Very bad packing. disapointed
