Chip out of date for newer models.
Printer was saying the cartridge was undetected. After trying every possible solution (yes is compatible for my printer) fount out that where they’re refilled the chip was out of date and not compatible with the latest software 👎🏼 Returned.

These ink cartridges did not work at all. The printer would not detect them and thus they were totally useless
