Thyme Ceramic Hand Painted Oil Bottle, White & Green, 350ml

The bottle is lovely. The shade is off-white and the design, which was slightly smeared in places in the one that I received, is nice. It didn’t otherwise have any blemishes and appears well made.I am not sure why it is tagged as 350ml here though. The bottle that I got definitely holds approximately twice the amount.The dispenser/nozzle is of good quality. I have had issues with nozzles that came with similar ceramic bottles of other brands and had to replace them in the past. This one seems perfect, with no popping, dripping or blockage issues. There are no finishing issues with it as another review mentions – this is the way these kinds of nozzles are built and fixed, with a tiny ring of the silicon/whatever grip visible. The nozzle wouldn’t say put otherwise. The nozzle comes with a small cap as shown – However, I don’t use it and just keep it open. You don’t really need it unless you have some sort of extreme problem with oil drinking flies.On the whole, would definitely recommend buying.

It looks pretty. That's a given. Creamish-beige body with not very bright print, making it look perfect. Not dull, not very bright. Looks just like the pictures.Size is also big. The capacity is mentioned as 650ml and it's most definitely correct. Holds a good amount of oil without needing to refill frequently.However it came with brownish-blackish spots all around it's neck. Looks as if dirt coupled with oil has got stuck there. No amount of cleaning, scrubbing could erase them. Seems like it's a part of the making process of this oil dispenser. They are engraved within the surface.That's very very disappointing. Imagine a brand new beautifully crafted bottle with these dust like inbuilt stains.I didn't bother returning though. After all the research, careful selection, wait during the long delivery period; was totally exhausted for a return, refund and order again process.Also the pourer nozzle rests on a rubber ring and this ring remains outside on the mouth encircling the nozzle perimeter- exposed for all to see. This completely spoils the look. What a bad finishing to an otherwise beautifully handcrafted product.The lid on the nozzle is better than lids on other bottles- it's big and more sturdy. However I wish it was attached to the nozzle stem which could be then capped in or opened without the slightest concern of losing it.I haven't used it as of now for pouring and cooking. Will write an update with it's oil flow+leak/drip while pouring+lid holding capacity and other features soon.Update:Beautiful oil flow. Flows swiftly, without any hurdles, good amount of oil. Just the required amount of oil stream comes out. As opposed to other pourers which only pour thin streams and needs lots of jerking and continuous pouring, this one gives you the desired quantity in a swift flow.No dripping/leaking from the sides while pouring. This is a big plus. As most oil dispensers leak oil while pouring, making it messy and a total waste. But this one does it's job well. Pours swiftly without dripping a drop.Holds the lid cap well. Lid fits like a glove on to the nozzle.

Ordered the product after a lot of review reads and finally when I received the product it was worth every penny.It was very well packed and thankfully there was no damage except for a slight cut on the rubber of the nozzel but that's negligible.Ofcourse, it is not an oil can and please do not expect it to be if you are looking to store one litre or more. This is a dispenser and holds decent amount of oil for everyday use and needs to be refilled as per personal usage.I just love the overall product as it definitely serves the purpose.If you have an aesthetic taste and somebody interested in decor then this is perfect for your kitchen.

The quality is good and sturdy but the nozzle keeps popping out by itself. So need to double check always before I start pouring the oil ....

It's a lovely product..so Mediterranean in its design. I love it as it looks pretty and serves it's purpose well ! So far so good. Jus wish the lil nozzle cap was attached to it with a string as one needs to be extra careful to not loose it.

Bottle s pretty but The lid won’t stay and opens up automatically .

A must buy for your " cooking ease with pretty looks" Solution. The pourer is of good quality too just like the bottle however it does keep moving away from the rim and you got to keep pushing it down. It in no away affects the functionality, it's leak proof - tried and tested. It also has anti skid felt pads at the bottom, works great like 'suspension' when you keep the bottle down after a pour.Packaging was superb, Thyme took care it came packed in a quality courier box with snuggly fit cushioned packing inside to keep the bottle in place. It's so pretty I should have waited before buying the glass dispenser and repeated this very purchase.Was shy of giving 5* only cause of the pourer wanting to leave the bottle's mouth. But overall a great buy!
