Why did you pick this product vs others?:The connection is faulty. The cap and pipe provided are not fitting. The connection pipe gets out from the nut/cap provided. I had to use the existing pipe and just used the jet shower part from this product.

Purchased 2 qty of this item. After one month it started dripping of water , then leaking become very heavy. Now without pressing the liver, water is spraying heavily. Approached Amazon chat, and left a message to seller for warranty replacement. No reply received. Please give replacement immediately

First of all, I was bit skeptical about ordering something about which I haven't heard earlier. All the fixtures are of Jaquar & Kohler but this was to be put in common bathroom so decided to opt for one thinking lets atleast try this out especially after Jaquar metal health faucet started leaking within few months.Coming to this product, it is exactly the same as shown, it's mostly of plastic but it's good quality. There is no leakage, be it the hose or the pipe. The provision of silicon tape included in it is welcome. The weight is certainly lighter than Jaquar or Hindware but then one can't compare metal with plastic. The flow of water is good & is easy to handle.If you do want to buy a tap for this, Hindware F100004Qt Contessa 2 in 1 Bib Tap with Wall Flange (Chrome) is very good quality one & is perfectly compatible with this faucet as well as the Jaquar one.https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B017KLJBBU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Overall, for the price & it's corresponding price, it's a very good buy & this is based on use for around 2 months now.The seller is very good & the service from amazon was as usual excellent.

The chrome finish started disappearing in places after 2 months and The washer broke within 6 months of use. Although in warranty provided by the brand, unable to contact the seller or find the brand contact details. Amazon customer support that suggested that the brand should be contacted first over email and 3 days of no-response from the brand, Amazon can help with the warranty support. - Too much hassle!
