These parallettes are sturdy, and heavy duty. I almost dropped a star because it wasn't mentioned how much assembly was required, and the manufacture isn't exactly high quality precision engineering. One of the bolts just wouldn't align with the holes and required me to physically bend the metal in order for this to happen. Also, the nuts are nyloc nuts, which means assembly by hand is impossible. You need to have two 13 size spanners to bolt everything together. In spite of this, one of the parallettes rattles a bit when being carried (this is the one that had the alignment issue).That being said, the paralletes are well made and powder coated red and black, which makes them look neat. A previous reviewer mentioned the thickness of the pipe being too large, but I think this is perfect. It makes for a perfect grip while doing L-sits or any other parallette exercise. No slipping, or movement, even on polished floors.It was a lot heavier than expected (possibly around 14-15 kilos in total), and I actually use them as weights while doing squats and calf raises. Considering the other super expensive parallettes on the Amazon store, this one is definitely worth the money. Just make sure you have the right spanners at hand when putting it together.Also, the actual parallettes do not look like the product photo. They're actually red, and the handles are bolted to the horizontal feet. The picture doesn't show the bolts, but overall, I think the delivered item actually looks better than the displayed picture. Maybe USI ought to update that so it reflects reality. They even have a YouTube video showing how to assemble this.

You have to purchase the nut tightner separately. They should be included with the product. So removing one star. Product is quite heavy and strong. Thickness of handles is optimal and not too thin which is good. also the product you get is different from what is shown in picture and requires assembly.

Pros:1. Very strong and sturdy. Handlebar and base are of good quality and finish. Nuts and bolts included also seems to be high grade.2. All parts were well wrapped and delivered in heavy duty card board box.Cons:Not much, however:1. The handle is just a bit too wide to comfortably close your fingers around.2. The base does not have rubber pads at the bottom. If you are using the product indoors, this might scratch your floor.Also the assembly requires tools.

The product is very sturdy and strong.One big drawback is that the diameter of the bar is too big for a good grip.Not sure what the manufactures thought before choosing bar diameter.

Theses paralletes are worth the money ,They need some assembly time , but they are very sturdy stable and strong ,Their diameter of them also make the grip very comfortable for the hand size , ( but people with very small hands may find it bigger and difficult to grip ).

No problem with brand USI, but the product i receieved is damaged. The plastic cap at the end of the weights is all broken

Thanks to USI for manufacturing products for crossfit and bodyweight training. This product is awesome both by look and build quality. Strong and heavy. Good to keep in one place. Not easy to carry around. For callisthenics and crossfit workouts, strength really matters, which these parallettes provide. If you want portability, this is not for you. Compared with products in the international market, it looks a bit crude, old-style and unsophisticated, but its real plus is strength. Happy to see than companies like USI are making equipment for different sports. We're sometimes so disappointed that in India we don't get any good sports equipment other than cricket bats, so we have to import at high cost.

One side of the clamp is bent by the time I recieved it and I think the quality could have been better vs the price.
