NWS138-62-200 Fantastico Plus Heavy Duty Lever Side Cutter 200 mm
A**T
The pivots may make the cutter nose move w/ opening.
These cut #4 copper wire much easier (less effort and repositioning the wire) than the Knipex Twin Force, but probably edges not as durable for steel wire/ music wire (per YouTube reviews of cutter).VERY comfortable and smooth opening, but there is a weird (unusual) characteristic from the pivot design: the cutting edges (the cutter nose) is anchored to the right handle, and holding the right handle right-handed and pushing the left handle with fingers opens these normally. BUT, if you hold these on the left handle and push open the right handle with your fingers, the head of the cutters moves a lot to the left (about 1 inch) (counter-clockwise, if the palm of your hand is the center). So if you’re ready to cut a wire, you have to reposition the cutters back to the right, to the wire. Note: I also have the Knipex “Twin Force” cutters, which stay centered because of a different pivot design. These NWS cutters have a much smoother opening action right out of the package. I gather from an online review that the Knipex may have tougher jaws, but the Knipex action is a lot stiffer than these NWS, even after cleaning & careful lube. I’m not sure yet if the NWS pivot design will be a problem, but I noticed quickly because I’m left-handed. Even right-handed people will be affected, because flipping the cutters and holding the left handle (to cut a wire coming from the left) means you’re holding the left handle and pushing the cutter’s right handle to open them....and the cutter nose just moved away from your wire.

ステンレスの切断しても平気。しかも、その後に紙を切っても綺麗に切れる。これは刃こぼれしていない証拠。
