I’ve been using these poly pellets for plush making and small DIY weighted items, and they’ve been absolutely perfect. The pellets are smooth, uniform in size, and have a nice weight without being bulky. They flow easily through funnels or fabric channels, which makes filling super efficient.The 5lb bag goes a surprisingly long way—I’ve used it in several medium-sized plush projects and still have plenty left. These were purchased for stuffing a couple nylon bags (16"L×10"Wx2"H) and they worked well. They didn't go as far as expected, so I cut a 2x2 section of interlocking floor padding (used for gym or kid's play floors) into small 1/2"-1/4" cubes. This helped fill the bags and worked well. Inside, the foam cubes come right to the top, as the poly-pellets are smaller and heavier, which worked out well.These seem a bit expensive for polypropylene pellets, but they're made in USA, and I had no intention of using Chinese mystery chemical pellets made of God knows what.It was great to find a quality US manufacturer.

I make and sell small toys, and this polyfil has turned out to be my go-to stuffing material. There is no smell to the product, stuffs small corners well, specially with the poker that comes with the stuffing, and it holds up to chewing babies, and being manhandled by kids.

Used threse to fill a shooting bag. Worked great. Price was good. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to fill a similar type bag, or toy.

I tried this on a whim, with other materials being hard to source, for my shooting bench bags. This stuff was an absolute WIN. I can’t believe what a good job it did filling out the bags, and how well it flows in use. Impervious to water, so it won’t get nasty like sand does. If you’re a shooter looking for good bag fill, this will do you well.

Nice size poly pellets. Great for making bean bags.
