Has anyone used this for nerve pain?

I have and it works reasonably well but the smell bothers me. I have found that Voltaren works much better and has no smell. It completely stops the pain in my arthritic fingers for several hours. In fact I used to have the same thing by prescription until they made it available over the counter a few months ago.

What's the difference between this genius cure and the pure sciences product? they have same pictures, similar colors, just different models.

I don’t know, and I wondered that also. I will say this: the other night I got cramps in my left hand fingers. I have never had them in my fingers that badly. So, I put some of this cream on my fingers. In almost no time the cramp went away and my fingers relaxed. I was shocked. Hope this helps a bit.
