High Quality and looks good
Only used it one time before writing this review, but it is certainly a high quality heater. I liked the one piece mast as most others in this price range are two piece and that is just another point of potential failure. It took a little under an hour to assemble and I think the average person could do it in an hour and a half or so. Not difficult and it has detailed printed instructions included. Satisfied so far with the amount of heat it puts out. My only complaint is that is does not have a handle to lift the cover for the tank which you must do to change out tanks and to turn off the valve at the tank after use. You must grip the cover as you lift it, but be careful around the bottom edge as mine is a bit sharper than I would like. I take it one step further and remove the regulator from the tank when not used so there is zero chance of propane escaping to create a fire hazard. Something to think about. I have mine in a marine environment on a dock and this stainless appears to be a higher grade. We will see how that works over time, but I decided to put a coat of wax on it prior to using it. All stainless can develop rust, so I will keep watch and repost if it begins to show any rust. This is definitely a step up from the standard heaters and based on my limited use, I highly recommend it.

A really solid product - will be purchasing a second one
Now - first things first, Amazon did try and do a little bait and switch on me and wouldn't honor the lower price. That aside, I've been very impressed with this product. Easy installation, about 30ish minutes. This item was a replacement for my old Fire Sense heater which lasted about 12-13 years, with a couple of upgrades, including the Commercial grade reelected - which is what I attached to this new modelFire Sense One Piece Heavy Duty Reflector Upgrade | 38 Inch Thick Aluminum | For Gas and Propane Patio Heaters | No Assembly Required (totally worth it).https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BS9W7FS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I also added the wind reflector - also totally worth it. I live on the water so it can get breezy.SWEET HEAT - Heat Focusing Reflector for Round Natural Gas and Propane Patio Heatershttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084Q5S77S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1It fires up instantly and generates a lot of heat. It's nice and heavy duty steel.Couple areas where I'd like to see improvement, hence why it only gets 4 out-of 5 stars.1 - The selector is the standard one - you get with the lower grade heaters. If this a is Pro/Commercial grade heater why isn't the Commercial, heavy-gauge 1-piece reflector included2 - The wingnuts for the reflector attachment are a joke. I replace those with stainless steel washers and coupling nutshttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RTP85RY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Smartsails 5PCS M8 X 1.25-Pitch 25mm Length 304 Stainless Steel Metric Hex Coupling NutI'm hoping all the screws and bolts are stainlesss steel and not cheap zinc, otherwise I'll be replacing those.3 - Biggest issue - there needs to be door access to the fuel tank instead of just having to lift it.I'll be buying a second one in the coming weeks, but I'll need to have the tank cover modified to a door access.All-in-all a good product.01/19/2021: This is an update of my original review. It's a good product, however, the welds for the pole to the pole base are no fill welds and are very cheaply done. I learned this around 5:30am this morning when a wind storm snapped the pole from it's base. The heater was covered and strapped down. It was a clean break and was easy to tell that welds were of poor quality. This was verified by a professional welder, who is currently repairing, (rewarding) the pole to its base with proper, stronger welds. As this product is advertised as a "Commercial Grade," heater, the welds should be better and stronger. If you're in an area where you have the occasional high winds, it might not be a bad idea to have the welds reinforced by a professional. As of 09/12/2021. As stated above - I ended up purchasing a second for all the reasons mentioned above. My only issue with the manufacturer is that they didn't provide enough hardware to assemble the deck heater. Specifically, nowhere near enough M6 bolts or washers. Fortunately, I had extras to address the issue. Also one of the posts for the reflector was slightly bent, but easily fixed. That said - sloppy QA process from Fire Sense.

Great heater!
We bought the Pro version because it is heavier than many others with a solid base (not sand or water filled) so it would last and be less likely to blow over in a strong wind. We also bought the larger, 38' reflector separately to maximize the heat radius and are very glad we did as it is sturdier than the one that comes with the heater and throws off more heat. The heat reflector is easily removed when not in use and then we can throw a cover over the whole unit for protection from strong winds or snow, which is helpful since the unit is heavy enough that we are unlikely to move it to store it during the winter. We have already used it multiple nights to dine outdoors on evenings as it gets cooler and on a "low-to-medium" setting it has easily kept 4 of us comfortable down to 55 degrees (a "high" setting was too warm).Assembly took 2 of us longer than an hour since it was our first time doing it and the instructions were mostly clear (others have mentioned the wheels, for example) but we figured it out without a problem. The unit came in a large box that was quite heavy but it suffered no damage in transit and had no dents. We would buy a second Pro version if it was available.

Very classy!
Very solid. Very shiny. Clearly a heavier duty model than the "regular" ones (which we did own till the head was snapped during a move). As noted, the instructions are really not clear but with some patience and common sense, there is really only one way to put the thing together. To note: some of the bolts are packed together while others are in the base of the heater. In other words, when you look at the inventory of bolts, nuts and screws, you will come up short. Look at the base of the heater and there will be six screws you will need to back out first to mount the wheels. There will also be three screws in the top of the base you'll need to take out first before you mount the "arms". Assembly time: one hour. Worth the money!

Flimsy top Aluminum heat reflectoe breaks off in mild wind.
This patio heater is better constructed than your average Lowes/home depot models. I was looking for a stainless steel version not soft Aluminum. However this unit is mostly stainless steel, except for the top heat reflector which is cheap and flimsy aluminum. So after a few days outside flexing in the wind, the top flimsy week soft aluminum fails and actually breaks off. Now after the first week its not even useable. Very bad design. I will be contacting the manufacturer for a fix, but probably will be pushing this to the curb on bulk garbage day. Dont waist your money. Find a patio heater with a sainless steel top heat deflector that can withstand some mild wind.
