Despite needing an editor due to multiple repetitions in various places, this book is full of good information. Multiple alternate medicine care suggestions are given, along with specific brands for best quality. A wealth of things to try. I like this author due to her ability to be down to earth and relate information in a clear and understandable way.

A welcome surprise for the weary!
The rigors of long days and the many stresses of life have made it extremely difficult to get enough sleep, in a regular fashion. The cumulative effects of sleep deficit spill over, and can result in serious health concerns. I have sometimes resorted to over the counter sleep aids, but for emergency situations only. I have been wary of prescription sleep aids because of the many side effects and potential for dependency. But this book of natural remedies has all the benefits without the risk. My thanks to Ms. Bleecker for producing a book that has many helpful suggestions for how to get the rest your body needs - naturally. I think this book will be a welcome surprise for the weary!

You must buy this book!
I would like to cogratulate Ms. Bleecker on writing a book with the font size that is large enough for anyone to read. Since I have poor vision, it is very helpful to be able to read without eye strain.This book is well written and easy for anyone to understand. It contains information that is most useful. I find it very informative.

This little book packs a powerful punch. Insomnia is a challenging condition and sometimes it takes every tool on the toolbox to resolve. This book is a wealth of information that can be applied at home or when traveling. It empowers the individual to participate in their own health and healing. Nicely done!
