What is the height of the installed track so that we get the right Wheel, Sliding Gate Casters

The height depends on how low the bottom of your sliding gate is. For example: I started with a two inch caster wheel, it was slanted or sloped on the bottom end near the closing of gate which caused the chain on the gate opener to be in a strain/ out of alignment. I went with a 4inch caster wheel. Measurements from the sprocket on your gate opener will help you determine how to keep your magnets, chain in harmony with each other so that they stop your fence in the proper position. If you want your gate to be lower you want to use a smaller caster wheel, this will accommodate either height. It’s up to you how low you want the gate to be because having the “V-shaped track “ the casters will just ride along as you see fit. Just keep your chain straight and not overly tight leave a little slack to prevent breaking. I hop this helps

Why does shipping double if I order 2? I understand that it weighs twice as much, but I can't believe that would double the price of shipping...

Because the weight and the length of the items -- in most of the cases they are shipped in 2 different packs so is like shipping 2

What are the hole sizes to secure it to concrete? What anchors do you recommend?

The hole size is 1/4". I like those like Bobibbi 1/4 x 1-3/4" Hex Head Concrete Screw Anchor because they come with the masonry drill bit. You need a hammer drill or you could use a star drill tool.
