I've been doing more freelance work that requires me to be perched in front of my computer for long periods of time. Even though I take lots of breaks and move around, my rump was really starting to hurt from all the extra sitting. At first I tried some cushions made of memory foam. If I had just bought this first (and I didn't because it seemed so much more expensive than foam cushions) I'd have been way ahead of the game and would have spent less in the long run. Those other cushions were filled with empty promises. This one works! I love it. My rump loves it!I weigh 130 pounds and this is plenty of cushion for me. The box was crunched-up pretty good when it arrived, but the pad inside survived the trip just fine. The pad fits nicely in my office chair and has a zippered black cover so it doesn't look like you're sitting on a bright blue gag-gift. There are little round gripper-dots (I'm sure there's a better technical term for them) on one side of the case that keep the cushion from sliding around on the chair. The seller, Miracle Cushion LLC, sent me an email before the cushion arrived thanking me for the purchase and letting me know how I could reach them if there were any issues. My only problem now is that I want one of these for the back of my chair as well.

I bought a new car (Nissan Rogue) and although I Iove the car, the seats make my butt hurt after driving even 30 minutes. It doesn't seem to bother my husband, so maybe it's just me. Anyway, I spent hours researching seat cushions and ended up getting three: Belmint Orthopedic Memory Foam Seat Cushion for Car, Office, Chair or Recliner; Great for Sciatica, Back, Lumbar, Coccyx Pain & Pregnancy  was soft but added too much height and just generally felt strange to use in a car. Car Seat Cushion with Strap | Driver's Wedge with Coccyx Support for Back, Hip & Leg Pain | Orthopedic "Clever" Memory Foam with Breathable Mesh Cover, Never Goes Flat | 17.5" x 15" x 2.5"  felt as hard as a rock!But this cushion was just right for my Goldilocks bottom. It didn't add too much height (my 6'3" husband can use it) and was soft and comfy on my tush. Right after I purchased it I went on a 400 mile trip and never experienced any discomfort at all - which was awesome since I was squirming in my seat after just 30 miles before!I wish it was cheaper - 40 bucks would have been much more reasonable - but I did keep it so obviously I think it is worth the price.

I have arthritis, this seat has helped me immensely. Before, even 10 minutes driving and my hips were hurting, seriously not once now that I have this. I bought because I was driving 800 miles, one direction to visit family and knew I needed something. I didn't have any hips problems at all, and I drove straight through. Also, I wasn't so stiff and sore on the bathroom breaks along the way. Sure my bottom became a bit sore, but only a little, but not my hips. It does slide when I get out of the car. I like that it is a bit longer, my legs don't hurt. I tried another brand and immediately my legs hurt because the cushion was about 4 inches too short on the seat and it really bothered me.

You get more than is shown in the photo....mine came with a dark cloth cover that had a non-slip coating on one side; there was also a small carry handle stiched into one side. Exactly what is needed for a car seat, which is what my intended use is. The product itself seems great. I can feel the small squares, and at first it annoyed me a little. But after awhile, I got used to it and appreciate that the seat doesn't heat up like some solid gels or foams. It is very squishy, yet firm. Good value and performance.Updated after a week's use: I no longer feel the little squares. Still liking it a lot.

I have had thicker bigger cushions. I am a tall guy with a gen 3 Prius; these have a lot of head room. The 3-inch cushion I had set me up too high to comfortably see through the right part of the windshield, even though I still had plenty of head-room. This cushion, however, is the right density and thickness, but needs to be wider and deeper. I looked through all of the offerings on Amazon and elsewhere and could not find what I wanted. Just for reference, I am 6 foot four and have had tailbone problems since I was rear-ended 35 years ago. I do like this cushion, it just needs to be bigger.

I have SIX Miracle Cushions divided between my two homes. I got a really bad bed sore after an extended stay in the hospital. The wound doctors recommended your product as part of my healing therapy. I don't go anywhere without one. I'm handicapped and find standing a problem. Your cushions go a long way in providing the help I need even when I have to sit for extended periods. Thank you!! Now I recently bought one for my mother-in-law who has become wheelchair bound. I hope it works as well for her as it does for me.

I purchased this cushion for my husband who had a stroke and is confined to a wheelchair. The cushion he was using came with his manual chair and is comfortable, however in his power chair its height kept him from being able to get his feet flat on the floor when he was not using the footrest. This cushion allows his feet to rest on the floor while providing posterior comfort for long periods of time. He is very happy with it. The company was able to get it to us quickly and on time as promised.

I purchased to use in my car. The cushion is very comfortable, but not what I need, it is too thick, and makes me too tall in the seat. But i will say, if you want to use it in a regular chair, i highly recommend.
