This is the replacement for the base or 4 player game.

Q: Are these cards the exact size of the the ones in the original Settlers of Catan game, i.e. 54mm x 80mm?

They were the exact same! I also bought covers to cover them which has saved them. Play often with friends!

....wat?The cards are the same for 4 and 6. If you meant C&K, it doesn't have cards for the expansions...So, the answer is, they work for both 4 or 6 players (as do the originals).
