Q: What is warranty on this product seller?

I called. 18882804331 amazon customer service. She got refund from seller,creditcard processed no problem..returned to seller with all paperwork we saved..do not try to. Take off plastic feeder we tried and just used bigger box and wrapped well with bubble wrap put paperwork in drawer

Q: How long is warranty? Is their replacements parts available? Blades?

Call 860 704 0646 leaf only..inst..one-strip main vain,leaves, only, may need to spray vegetable oil on a leaf cleaned of stems,run thru,discard..can unplug to reset machine,try again may need wire brush to get dry stuff out between tines. Prep. clean new leaves, use shredder,didn't see warranty on my instruction card..leaf should not be too moist or crumbly dry..can spray lightly with water, cover in airtight container if too dry before shredding.

Q: Why dont you honor your warranty? You tell your customers cause bought from Amazon there is no warrenty! I bought from leavesonly broke in 5minutes

Talk to Amazon customer service. They took care of it when mine broke after a short time.
