Over the last 25 years I have tried many brands of fish oil, but this brand is by far the best as of yet. Not strange smell or taste, and the pills are easily swallowed despite their size. Great Omega 3's. Only downside is the red pill I throw out because its a vegetable oil which can be harmful to body. And the omega are strong! I usually take 1-3 pills a day. Not all of them because dose is so high. I do get flatulence with this product but it seems to work very well for inflammation.

I bought this product to address mobility and inflammation in my hands and fingers. I had trouble making a fist. After a month of daily doses I am 80% closer to normal. I just ordered my second shipment. I am a 66 year old male
