Great for a low carb diet
Delicious and very easy to prepare in the microwave. I wouldn't compare it to mashed potatoes as the flavor and consistency are so different. The consistency is similar to watered-down sweet potato mash. However, the taste is great and it's a perfect addition to a low-carb lifestyle.

The best side or by itself.
Taste is great. Sometimes use as a meal alone.

Surprisingly delicious.
I try some low carb items from time to time and I was astounded at how delicious this was. I usually find cauliflower based products that sub for breading to be disappointing but this sub for potato was so good that I was struggling at first to remember which store I got it from before realizing I got it here. I added some garlic and herbs to mine.Loved it. Thanks!

Yes it's thin but man it tastes good!
This is actually one of my favorite quick sides to pair with meals. It is delicious! It is a little runny like others have mentioned, not thick kick home made would be and definitely not thick like potatos but it's SO GOOD. It has a garlic flavor to me that I love. If your not avoiding dairy you can add some cheese in to thicken it up but I love it just the way it is and could easily eat the whole thing myself

Delicious
Surprisingly very tasty. Tastes more like creamy cauliflower soup than mashed potatoes, but I love it. I usually add a splash of water to make it more of a soup consistency.

Tasty, but they lie about the amount
The flavour is pretty good, and even though it is a little runny it's still one of my go-to's. However I've noticed lately there doesn't seem to be as much in the package. I've been weighing it out the past few times and instead of about 1.5 cups/12 oz/340 g I've been getting 1.125 cups/9 oz/255 g.If you're okay with paying more for less, then go ahead but it's enough of an annoyance to me, especially with food prices being so high, that I'm just going to start making my own mashed cauliflower.

Must try
These cauliflower mashed potatoes are the best I have tried I have tried quite a few because I'm diabetic and I'm on a diet they taste closest to regular mashed potatoes not watery just enough stiffness must try
